The latest British Elite Athletes Association review has now been published, reflecting on 18 months in the build-up to the 2024 Paris Games and the weeks immediately after.

The review contains an update from BEAA Chair Dominic Mahony MBE, results from our latest survey, and key events from a hugely busy period.

During this time the BEAA provided round-the-clock support throughout summer for all our members, whether they travelled to Paris or not; launched the Athlete Advisory Forum and digital alumni community; celebrated 20 years of athlete support; and appointed new CEO Kelly Sotherton MBE.

During the wider Paris cycle we directly supported one in eight World Class Programme athletes, provided independent observers for 119 selection panels, delivered 19 workshops to athletes and staff, and advised 71 members of Team GB or Paralympics GB in the buildup to Paris.
