We can speak with the relevant parties to enable a conversation in a safe and open environment. Where mediation is appropriate, we have a trained mediator that can help to resolve the dispute (whether that is with a fellow athlete, a coach or another member of staff).
Mediation is a dispute resolution process wherein a neutral third party, the mediator, facilitates communication and negotiation between parties to help them reach a mutually acceptable agreement. It encourages open dialogue, creates a level of understanding, and empowers parties to find solutions to their conflicts.
Mediation is voluntary, confidential, and flexible, allowing parties to maintain control over the outcome while avoiding the adversarial nature of litigation and formal processes.
We urge athletes to reach out to us and access our mediation if they feel they’re involved in a dispute.
